*use dough for burger bun (80-100g); filling bun (60g); soft rolls (40g)
*400F; 20minutes.

chocolate moist cake
200g butter
350g castor sugar
3# eggs
300ml water
250g flour
50g cocoa powder
1 1/2tsp baking powder ( sieve together)
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda

1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2tbsp choc/coffee emulco

method:
cream butter and sugar until light n fluffy.
beat in eggs one at a time.
beat in vanilla essence, choc/coffee emulco.
fold in dry ingredients and water alternately.
bake at 160C for 50minutes.

choc fudge (topping)
350g cocoa powder
200g castor sugar
1tsp vanilla essence
50g cornflour
225ml fresh milk / UHT milk
175ml water
1/2 tsp salt
2# eggs’ yolks
100g butter
1tsp instant coffee (optional)

*mix all the ingredients and cook on low heat until thicken
(nappe consistency)
